We experienced illustrated services that featured special music, drama and an Easter message. Through the two-part series, "Encounters with Christ, we heard from people in the Bible who encountered the life-changing power of Christ. Our Spanish-speaking ministries also joined for services. On Good Friday, we joined to celebrate our Savior's sacrifice and enjoyed music from pianist Huntley Brown.

Christmas at Calvary

We celebrated the month of December with a series based on "The Promised Savior," a book by Randy Hurst. Our children's choir performed, the youth and children's ministries produced an interactive service, music artist Larnelle Harris performed and our choir and orchestra presented a Christmas concert. Our Spanish-speaking ministry offered Christmas services with cultural flair! We also offered a Promised Savior gallery with art by our very own Calvary artists' group.

Anniversary Festival

We joined as a church family to celebrate our 45th year as a church! Activities for the day included a classic car show, an art/craft show, games for kids and adults, live concerts and fireworks.

Taste of Calvary

Couples of Calvary Church joined to celebrate cultures, eat unique foods and have fun together. The evening featured 30 countries with corresponding food samples to taste, cultural dances and rituals and over 1,100 people in attendance!
