GENESIS: The Rise, Fall and Redemption of Mankind
Pastor Ben De Boef, Pastor Michael Escamilla & Pastor Russ Hurst
Auditorium
Genesis gets us on the right foot. It pulls us into a sense of reality that is God-shaped and God-filled. It gives us a vocabulary for speaking accurately and comprehensively about our lives—where we come from and where we are going, what we think and what we do, the people we live with and how to get along with them, the troubles we find ourselves in and the blessings that keep arriving. We belong in the story, so let’s start at the beginning.

Grace Beyond the Limits
Wanda Burgund & Scott Hendrickson
Room 223
Learn to define your own boundaries and extend the grace of God to others.
“Limit” means the point at which something ends or beyond which it becomes something else. The Bible teaches us to take care of ourselves and to love those around us. In this class, we will learn to define our own boundaries and extend the grace of God to others. How can we set limits and still be loving? Why do we feel guilty when we say no? What does the Bible teach about boundaries? You will discover first-hand how sound boundaries give you the freedom to walk as the loving, giving, fulfilled individual whom God created you to be.

How should we pray? When does God answer? Can anyone pray? What if ...? By studying the prayers of great men and women of the Bible and what the Bible tells us about prayer, we will learn to approach a holy God and hear him speak through his Word.
