Calvary's Outreach and Evangelism Ministry is committed to extending care to people in the Chicagoland area who are in need. Through our many outreach programs, we strive to put God’s passion into action.
This work of compassion is rooted in Jesus' strong desire to see individuals and entire communities made whole. The very heartbeat of Jesus is to serve our local community by reaching out to those who are hurting, alone, in need, struggling or oppressed.
The needs of hurting people in our own neighborhoods are vast and varied. By partnering with skilled ministries, agencies and organizations that are on the front lines of battling poverty, Calvary’s efforts and financial support have a multiplied the impact upon those in need.

Prison Ministry
Incarcerated men, women and teens in our area need to experience the love of Christ in their lives. They also need assistance when re-entering society. Calvary's Outreach Department has partnered with J.U.S.T. (Justice, Understanding, Serving, Teaching) of DuPage to share God's love and support the spiritual journeys of the inmates of the DuPage County Jail. We do this by helping to provide chaplaincy, educational programs, addiction recovery, increased employability, and social services.
If you are interested in helping bring hope and support to these individuals and their families please visit www.justofdupage.org to fill out an application or email us.

The Alpha Course provides an opportunity for anyone to explore the Christian faith in a relaxed, non-threatening setting. This is for both Christians and non-Christians. Over thought-provoking weekly sessions, you can explore the meaning of life in a friendly and fun setting. Free dinner and childcare are provided.
