Calvary’s newcomer’s events are great chances to enjoy free food, meet Calvary’s staff and key leaders and learn more about the many resources that Calvary has to offer you and your family. Join us in service, then stop by to say hi and get to know Calvary Church!
Learn about Calvary: GET CONNECTED CLASS: Part of the Membership Process
Structured around a free meal, this two-week class (required for membership) offers info about Calvary’s mission, values and beliefs. You’ll hear from leadership, make friends and gain valuable resources. Our next two-week classes on Sundays are May 6 & 20, from 10:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. in the Ministry Training Center, or if you prefer a midweek class on Wednesdays, May 2 & 9, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. in the Ministry Training Center. On Wednesdays, meal vouchers can be picked up outside Calvary Café from 6:15 to 6:45 p.m. (food will not be served after 6:45 p.m.). On Sundays, a light breakfast is served in the Ministry Training Center during the class. No pre-registration is required. For more information, email us or call 630-585-3210.
Connect with others: COMMUNITY GROUPS
2nd and 4th Sunday evening of most months (except July & August)
Community Groups meet in homes around the area and provide a great place for people to make friends, share life together and even ask questions about faith!
Grow in your relationship with God: MIDWEEK BELIEVER’S LIFE
Every Wednesday
Worship in the Auditorium, 7 p.m.
Adults Break into Growth Classes, and Growth Groups 7:30 to 8:30 p.m.
At Calvary, we believe that every follower of Jesus Christ should be growing in relationship with him. To help that growth journey, we offer ongoing Growth Classes and Growth Groups on Wednesday evenings. Growth Classes offer a traditional classroom setting with instruction and discussion, while Growth Groups offer small group discussion settings. Activities for children and youth are also available, making it a night for the whole family. We also have classes on Sunday mornings and Encouragement Groups on Thursday evenings.

In this one-day class, you will learn about the vision, values, mission and purpose of Calvary Church. This class (required for membership) is a great opportunity for getting to know others while learning what Calvary believes, the history of the church and how the church is structured to minister to you.The cost is $5 (to cover cost of lunch). This class meets in the Ministry Training Center, and pre-registration is required. For more information, email us or call 630-585-3210.

- Water Baptism (in full immersion)
- Serving in a ministry
- Deacon Interview upon approval of membership application
